Design flaws = frustrating user experience

This phone is dreadful. It is extremely frustrating.First I will say some positive words about it:The qwerty keyboard is a good size and the keys feel right. The facebook accessibility is their main selling feature and it is handy if you are a very regular facebook user. It also has google chat built in, although I don't know many people who use this service in comparison to other chat services. The battery life is 7 hours of regular use. Not great, but fairly standard for smart phones.Now for the bad:There is so much that I detest about this phone. So many reasons you need to know NOT to buy it.The most serious issue is memory. Depending on carrier, you may have different default apps to mine, but they are fairly standard: google maps, gmail, facebook, ec. They can't be erased. The limited space left for your own apps is miniscule! Approx 30MB of internal memory is available for EVERYTHING. Messages, photos, apps. This is almost 2012 and 30MB was not very much a decade ago, now it is next to useless.While typing a text message, the phone constantly bugs out and scrolls back to the top of the thread. I am not the only one who has had this problem, it is definitely the phone.Touch screen does not disable when calling. This can be extremely frustrating if you are using a headset and put the phone in a pocket.The facebook chat feature doesn't disable easily, meaning you are constantly seen as "online" even if you are busy with other stuff.The user experience for this phone is absolutely dreadful and I strongly recommend avoiding it.--Message not sent from my HTC Chacha
