annoying self-restarting

Initially, I was thrilled with the phone's capability being my first smartphone. But this constant self-restarting started just three weeks after purchase. I am really getting pissed off, and dont know what to do. we were 3 friends that bought this phone on the same day, and we are all experiencing the same thing... This is RUBBISH.

It's good but not great.

I like it, work good as what I want.the problem is: it's Slow compared than last cell phone "Nexus S".In general is a wonderful mobile.
