Best WebOS phone YET
By Matthew J. Zakutny
ok, if you buy this phone, you also have to have the Touchpad - they go hand in hand!Ok, so why did I buy this phone? and the answer really is, I have a touchpad and wanted something that would work well with it (touch to share specifically speaking)I have no need to use a cellphone service - I am getting rid of cell service and simply using it as a wifi phone (skype) It works pretty well except not enough of my friends have skype numbers which is going to cause me to buy a skype phone number for 60 bucks a year. But the phone is by far the best WebOS phone. Better battery life, better quality, better textures & just a beautiful phone to look at. Then when your talking about speed - the phone has all the processor speed a phone needs. I have not experienced any lag time at all.The real thing is, If you are a Web OS fan and you have been waiting for the next WebOS phone this is it! I'm not going to set an argument for Iphone users to switch from Apple to Web OS simply because we don't know what is going to happen w/ webOS in the near future.. but I had the choice between both phones and I just couldn't get myself to use a lesser OS then what I am used to.The WebOS is about 10 times greater then the Iphone. I know this from my experience with the iphone as I have never been impressed with it.. and was/have been dissapointed since steve jobs announced it w/ the lack of functions years and years ago now.

The best phone I have ever seen. I dumped iPhone 4s for Pre3
By Kamal
I have been long term iPhone user but as soon as a friend of mine showed me Pre 3 features, I ordered one right away. I paid $400 for this phone, highest I have ever paid for any phone, but it is totally worth it. Apple did copy one of the coolest features(cloud) from this phone but it will take them a while to catch up to all the features. Pre 3 is truly way ahead of its time. Unfortunately, the jackass CEO at HP single handedly messed up the whole company in 9 months.

iPhone might be a super success but Pre 3 is way ahead of iPhone

My favorite features are1) You create your own shortcuts. For example if you type "r" the text automatically changes it to "are", if you type "u", it automatically changes it to "you". You can create your custom short cuts like when you type "x" it automatically changes it to whatever you specify. I have mine set up to "I am either driving or busy at the moment".2) Exhibition mode: When phone is idle on charging dock, it automatically switches to screen saver mode and exhibits whatever you wish to see like a slide show. I use mine for photos, facebook news feeds, Accuweather, News, or simply time clock. You must explore this feature3) Only phone that allows Streaming. I watch all my cricket games on it. FREE4) Keyboard shortcuts. Press and hold H and it starts dialing home. M for Mom, D for Dad, Whatever you configure it to. S for Sharon, R for Rob.5) Cloud Backup: If I lose this phone, I simply get another SIM card, insert it into another WebOS device, log in using my email and password and everything including apps and contacts are restored on my new device(except for the locally stored items like photos).6) USB drive: The phone works as USB flash drive whenever needed7) Turn your phone into a WiFi hotspot
