Check return policy before buying

Please check return policy for this seller(Galactics) I bought the sony live with walkman and did not like it as it as poor battery life. The seller would not accept returns. They say they do not accept return for product with warranty if it is opened. I dont understand how a person is supposed to get satisfied with the product only by seeing the box and not opening it. I am stuck with this crappy phone and seems like wasted my money in it. Please beware before buying

Good but....

Cool cell phone but comes with a lot of crap apps that can't be uninstalled. . . . . . . .****UPDATE 14-JUN-2012.****Now is available the Android 4 ICS upgrade for this phone from Sony mobile site... This upgrade eliminates some unuseful apps that i mentioned.... For the price and now with ICS this phone is a big deal!!
