850MHz NOT 800MHz like it says.

Nobody seems to know just what frequencies this phone's UMTS radio supports. Even SE's white paper says it has 800/850/1900/2100 ::facepalm::In the phone's service menu, it says that it ONLY HAS UMTS_BC1 (2100), UMTS_BC2 (1900), and UMTS_BC5 (850). 800MHz is UMTS_BC6.That's mostly all for now. I need to use the phone more for a more in-depth review. All I can really say is it's peppy, and the screen feels cramped due to the 480x320 resolution. I feel like I'm back in 2007, Sony, hopefully the next generation will be higher res ;) it's not terrible to use, though, and due to size the display is reasonably crisp. My eyes are just used to iPhone 4s and blackberry Torches :)I took it in the shower to see how it handled "rain" (like a boss), and speaking of water resistance, when you unplug it from power it reminds you to shut the cover lest water get in. Nice touch, though not really needed I guess.Rooting it is, well, a PITA if you're not familiar with setting up an Android SDK environment, but you can install PDANet's desktop application to get the needed adb drivers, too, which since I don't do any dev work on Windows worked out better for me (I'd also plugged in the phone first and so it installed what drivers it could, and then refused to delete the old crap so I could start again lol). It's still easier than back in the G1 days.Like the other reviewer said, only run the update that pops up AFTER rooting, if that's what you want to do :)-The Bad- **Edit March 9th, 2012**The product description states this phone comes with a wrist strap and arm band, but the BOX states nothing of the sort (different regions get different packaging).This does NOT COME WITH the wrist strap OR arm band. Lazy people lazily copying and pasting the euro specs. Fail. Why SE decided not to include this... maybe they think 'fat Americans' wouldn't use this thing for exercise anyway.I have emailed Amazon about the description not matching the phone, on frequencies and included items, to see what they say.**Edit** WOW. Amazon Customer Service is FAST and AMAZING. They offered NICE refund due to the discrepancies in the description vs what I received.

Everything works just fine with the Phone but the thing is that it DID NOT COME WITH THE STRAP AND THE ARMBAND!!I really wanted those to come since I run and do exercise a lot.Hope someone can help me with this and tell me where can I get a spare ORIGINAL STRAP and ARMBAND for this cellphone.

Great phone

Bought the phone about a month ago, I'm very satisfied with it. Only drawback is that it doesn't work with T-Mobile's 3G network in the United States, but it connects to 2G/Edge just fine. I like the small size, so many smartphones are big and take up a lot of pocket space, this one fits easily into my pocket and doesn't get in the way at all.I still haven't received the Android 4.0 upgrade yet but Sony should be making it available soon.Camera pics are only ok but the HD video is pretty good, I like it. Battery life is good once I installed some battery manager app and disabled some data services. WiFi will suck the battery down but that's normal. Call volume can be ok, I've had a hard time hearing people on a couple calls but overall it's fine. A good Bluetooth headset might make calls better.Overall, I'm glad I bought it.
